2. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Curliosity webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Prices

All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT. Curliosity reserves the right to change prices; for orders already placed, the price at the time of ordering applies.

4. Ordering and payment

An agreement is concluded as soon as the order has been confirmed. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. The order is processed once payment has been received.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €6.95; orders of €100 or more ship free of charge. Curliosity aims to ship orders within a few working days. Stated delivery times are indicative and are not a strict deadline.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The customer reports this within that period via info@curliosity.nl. After reporting, the customer has another 14 days to return the product. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Conformity

Curliosity guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with reasonable requirements of soundness. In the event of a defect, the customer can get in touch within a reasonable period.

8. Complaints

Complaints about an order can be reported via info@curliosity.nl. Curliosity will respond within 14 days. If the parties cannot reach a solution, the customer can submit the dispute via the European ODR platform.

9. Applicable law

All agreements between Curliosity and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
