Terms & conditions (salon)

1. General

These terms apply to every client of Curliosity Curl Bar.

2. Appointments

The client must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If the client arrives at the salon more than 10 minutes after the agreed time, Curliosity Curl Bar may shorten the treatment by the time lost and still charge the full agreed amount.

Curliosity Curl Bar must notify the client at least 24 hours in advance if it is unable to keep the appointment.

These obligations lapse for both parties if they are prevented by force majeure. Force majeure includes strikes, as defined by law and case law, including strikes by Curliosity Curl Bar.

3. Payment

The prices of Curliosity Curl Bar are listed on the website and social media.

The client must pay the full amount in one go after the treatment.

Card payment is available in the salon. Paying in cash? Please pay the exact amount.

4. Privacy

Before the first treatment, the client provides Curliosity Curl Bar with all details that Curliosity Curl Bar indicates are necessary.

Curliosity Curl Bar records the client's details in Salonized, handles them with care and will not sell or share them with third parties.

5. Liability

Curliosity Curl Bar is NOT liable for damage of any kind arising because Curliosity Curl Bar relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical conditions, use of medication, work or leisure activities. Curliosity Curl Bar is also not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings that the client has brought to the salon.

6. Damage

Curliosity Curl Bar has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products.

Curliosity Curl Bar always reports theft to the police.

7. Hair design

If the client shows an example of a desired hair design, this serves as an indication only. The result for the client's hair does not have to be identical to the example shown.

8. Law

Every agreement between Curliosity Curl Bar and the client is governed by Dutch law.
